Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the TaskFlow SaaS platform.
1. User Accounts
To access certain features of the TaskFlow platform, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. TaskFlow cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
- Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
- You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Your account is non-transferable without express written permission from TaskFlow.
2. SaaS Service Level (Uptime)
We understand that TaskFlow is critical to your daily operations and deep work sessions. Therefore, we provide a robust Service Level Agreement (SLA) for our Pro and Agency tier users.
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee that the TaskFlow platform will be available 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance. If we fail to meet this guarantee, eligible customers may request a service credit applied to their next billing cycle.
Scheduled Maintenance: To ensure the platform remains fast and secure, we occasionally perform system maintenance. We will notify all users via email and in-app alerts at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any scheduled downtime that is expected to last longer than 15 minutes.
3. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from using the TaskFlow platform or its content for any of the following purposes:

- Data Scraping: Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
- Malicious Code: Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other type of malicious code.
- Infringement: Violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- Overburdening: Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund, and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
4. Intellectual Property

However, by using the application to create content, you grant us a license to host, copy, and transmit that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TaskFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
