Building for the Builders

We exist to remove the friction between your mind and your masterpiece. TaskFlow is the silent partner for your deep work.

Our Story

TaskFlow was born out of frustration. As a solo founder, I was spending more time organizing my tasks across bloated enterprise tools than actually building my product. The market was saturated with complex project management software designed for teams of 50, but nothing felt right for a team of one.

I needed a tool that was fast, opinionated, and stayed out of the way. So, I built it. TaskFlow is engineered specifically for solo founders, creators, and indie hackers who value speed and clarity over endless configuration menus.

The Philosophy

Our product decisions are guided by three uncompromising principles.

Minimalism

We believe in subtraction. Every feature must earn its place. If a tool requires a 30-minute tutorial, it has failed.

Autonomy

Your workflow is your own. We give you flexible primitives that adapt to your style, not rigid frameworks that dictate it.

Speed

Thought to execution should be instantaneous. We obsess over keyboard shortcuts, millisecond response times, and frictionless entry.

Our Core Values

1

Clarity Over Clutter

A cluttered workspace leads to a cluttered mind. We constantly refine our interface to surface only what matters in the present moment.

2

Empower the Individual

We build for the individual creator. Our features are optimized for personal productivity, deep work sessions, and independent scaling.

3

Craftsmanship

We care deeply about the details. From the easing curve of a button hover to the typography of a task card, quality is non-negotiable.

The Makers

Built by a tiny, dedicated team.
